Bombay Chopsticks, a beloved Hakka Chinese restaurant in Mississauga, began its journey on 30 Bristol Rd, a modest neighbourhood spot filled with the aroma of sizzling woks, the laughter of regulars, and that unmistakable Hakka spice that drifted into the street. There was no franchise plan or glossy launch, just honest food, crafted with care, and hospitality rooted in warmth.
Word spread quickly. People came for bold Indo-Chinese flavours, generous portions, and that feeling of being remembered. Over time, regulars became friends, friends brought families, and the small Hakka kitchen became a Mississauga staple, serving this community with pride for more than 25 years.
